Personal Information

Personal Information means any information describing or relating to an identified or identifiable individual ("Personal Information"). An identifiable individual is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.



Special Category Personal Information

Special Category Personal Information means any information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and also includes genetic data, biometric data(where that information is used to identify an individual), information concerning physical or mental health (including details of accommodations or adjustments), information concerning an individual's sex life or sexual orientation.
