Multi-certified HFI (High Frequency Induction) welded tubes
Our family of multi-certified and aligned HFW (High Frequency Welded) tubes, deliver a rationalised, simplified and convenient range of dedicated products, to satisfy the widest range of conveyance and pressure requirements.
By manufacturing to the widest range of aligned standards, even historic ones, we provide the ability to satisfy project specifications, and service different market requirements from a rationalised range.
Product testing
All products undergo stringent testing to
ensure full compliance with the relevant
primary product standards; in addition we
carry out regular supplementary testing as
part of our in-house quality process.
Internal weld bead
Where applicable, the internal weld bead is
fully trimmed and removed, providing a clear,
unrestricted tube bore, dispelling another
incorrectly held belief that the internal weld
bead is always left in place on HFW welded
products.
Pressure tightness
Tube integrity is proven through both
destructive (flattening and drift expansion)
and non destructive testing (e.g. eddy current,
ultrasonic (V=1.0) or hydro-testing) where
applicable.
In today's building services market it is vital the correct tube specifications are used at the time of ordering to prevent non-compliant, poor quality or commodity pipework being supplied.
Recognised for its robustness and reliability.
Install® Plus multi-certified, hot-finished has a wide variety of uses, including building and engineering services such as heating and ventilation, air conditioning, pressure systems as well as industrial pipework conveyance.
Recognised for its robustness and reliability, Install® Plus tube is the preferred choice for such applications.
Install® Plus is manufactured in accordance with a range of standards, including EN10255 and EN10217-2 to satisfy both Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) requirements, where applicable.
Specialist building and engineering services - industrial, process and linepipe solutions
Inline™ and Inline™ Plus tube products bring a fresh approach to HFW (High Frequency Welded) pressure tube for specialist building and engineering services - industrial, process and linepipe applications, by offering a rationalised, simplified and convenient range of dedicated multi-certified products to satisfy market and customer needs.
General purpose pressure and industrial conveyance solutions
Inflow™ and Inflow™ Plus products bring a fresh approach to HFW (High Frequency Welded) welded pressure tube, offering a
convenient range of multi-certified options. They cover the key pressure standards, regulations and legislative requirements, ensuring suitability for a wide range of pressure applications.
Inflow™ Plus HFW welded tubes are generally equivalent to and designed to be interchangeable with seamless tubes of similar strength levels.
Rigid, robust and well proven
Our INFIRE™ tube has been specifically developed for use by industry leaders in sprinkler systems and for the conveyance of water for fire suppression and are produced in the UK from our tube manufacturing facilities located in Corby, Northamptonshire.
Great durability and aesthetically pleasing
Contiflo® tubes are made for various applications, such as closed heating systems for buildings and greenhouse aerating, screening, industrial packaging, gardening tools and automotive components. We manufacture in line with international standards and agreed customer specific requirements.
Galvanised precision steel tube ideally suited for greenhouse heating systems
Forcas® is a thin-walled steel precision tube ideally suited for greenhouse heating systems that increase crop yield. Forcas is available in two size ranges – 28mm and 35mm outside diameter. The smaller diameter enables more controlled heat emissions.
